From this book on, there are no more tales from Stephen King's work to guide them, only hints here and there that don't add up to much, but are quite intriguing. As to the book itself, the artwork is excellent, and the dialogue is fairly true to the King style. It appears that this is going to be a long series, going from the end of this book all the way to the battle of Jericho Hill. No matter how long it takes, or how many books need to contain it, I will certainly be along for the ride! Review: Dark Tower Graphic Novels - Big fan of Stephen King. I was not sure about the Graphic novels but after buying the first one in the series and following up with this edition I am ready to complete the set. The graphics and artwork in these are second to none and can compete with any big name artists work. The story line follows the written works and gives so much depth to what Stephen King was seeing in his head when he wrote the Epic Gunslinger story. Hands down a great decision for all involved and I look forward to the next edition. One great addition to the hardbound graphic novel compilations like Dark Tower: The Long Road Home is they include all of the conceptual and cover art for each individual comic book released in the series. I love The Dark Tower series, and I'm loving the graphic novels. Even if King didn't directly write these, you can tell the people that work on it are doing their best to live up to everyone's expectations. The quality of the writing and illustrations is amazing, and I even learned a couple of things about ravens and crows.
