It has a good amount of magnesium in it, which I was looking for because I like to take vitamin D separate because I require a larger dose than usual, and most include it. I take this for nerve and intestinal issues, and it seems to be helping with that. The taste: Oh yuck. It's bad and I can usually take all vitamin and pharmaceutical tastes. That said, I did get used to it by the 3rd time. So if you think you can get used to the taste this is a descent supplement. UPDATE: Ok, so I actually like the taste, now. Weird. I think it was just strong, but seriously after about 3-4 doses, I had no problem with the taste, and thought it was pretty good.
