**Q: How do i know if i received a 5mp or 8mp camera, they look alike?**
A: Doesnt matter.  The max resolution output of the NVR is 1080.  Also cameras only have an 85deg FOV, not 135 like the ad says.

A: Yes this unit has a remote as well as a mouse

A: Yes you can by using the app

**Q: The essecloud app wont load our system. it gets to 70% after scanning the qr & stops...is there another app to monitor them on my phone?**
A: Not that I know! Keep on trying. It did that to me the first time.
