A: In case it was mounted on a junction box: Eve Outdoor Cam has been designed to be mounted directly on a wall. Unless your electrical junction box has screw channels with 60 mm / 2.36 in clearance (center to center), you may need an extra light fixture mounting bracket (not included).

**Q: Is a third-party (eve) app required to setup or run? or can i just use the apple home app like the logitech circle view?**
A: You can setup and run Eve Outdoor Cam with Home only. Just for firmware updates Eve is mandatory as Home can't.

**Q: Can I purchase replacement mounting hardware for the Eve outdoor camera**
A: If lost or broke, spare parts can be provided.

A: Eve Outdoor Cam needs to be powered 24/7. It needs AC 100-240 V, 50/60 Hz and requires both a neutral wire and a connection to a ground wire.
