I looked at all the videos and specifications and some how it stated it holds a memory card, so it recommended that i buy a 32G memory card with the product only to receive it and realize it holds no memory card.This camera is great if you have absolutely nothing to do. Because it stores no video and can only manually record videos and thats based on you phone or device storage capacity.Then the motion detection is flawed or for some reason even wind triggers it. Because i have receiver over 3K emails with motion detection alerts and pictures only to open them up to find an empty house/ room.And when finally myself or my family goes into the rooms the camera fails to send motion detection alerts. What a waste of money.Imagine if someone actually breaks into my house, where will i get proof from.And finally the night vision capability was great up until 2days ago (reason why i decided to write the review). The night vision no longer works for what ever reason.So not i have a camera that sends me motion alarm of an empty house, but when someone enters the room it fails to notify me.Its inability to record videos unless the app it open and i manually record and its night vision no longer works.This is by far the most disappointing product i have bought on Amazon. Maybe the other purchase was great but thats just my product.But i must sayIt is great that you can stream from anywhere with internet connection (I was able to view my house while vacationing in the UK) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ moderate difficulty to connect the first time. Initially it was difficult to scan the IP code and get the camera on line. it took about 15 minutes to finally figure it out and since it has been a breeze. It does disconnect a few times but was easy to reconnect. I went ahead and placed another order as the software can take up to 4 cameras at the same time so I plan on adding it to another room.I would be able to help others in case they have difficulty connecting and was thinking of writing a small protocol with pictures to walk you through the process. Disclaimer: I did not receive anything gifts or money to write this review. This is my honest opinion and an attempt to be fair to the supplier while letting people know that there could be some frustrations with connecting the camera the first time around. It is well protected but still subject to temperature and wind. It is great. Very reliable. Flawless, actually.This is a great little camera. It took a few tries to connect to wifi-no big deal same with all.The visuals are clear, night vision is clear. It is stable. No ptz but the viewing field is wide,Very little info in provided quick start guide. Expanded quide was not easy to access on line and really addresses nothing.Customer support via email was good. I asked a question when going to bed and when I woke up my response was waiting for me.
