**Q: Can these strips be used to test hci levels in food? if so, where can i find instructions for how to do so?**
A: No, as far as I know, it can only be used to test the ppm level of a clo2 liquid.

**Q: Can these strips be used to test Chlorine Dioxide levels in food? if so, where can i find instructions for how to do so?**
A: I have seen Dr Kalcker test foods such as juices, milk, etc it can be done. He did not test it in "foods per se" but to see how different food products change the concentration of chl diox

**Q: are the test strips accurate for colored or turbid sample?**
A: For lightly colored sample, they are accurate. Not sure about turbid or very dark colored fluids.

**Q: I NEED strips which go up to 2000ppm since I need to keep track 
how the initial solution degrades over time. No luck with google search....**
A: Here's the workaround ---  Dilute a small sample of your solution to a known percentage. such as one part to 9 so that if your solution is 3000 and you dilute it to 1 tenth it will read on the strip as 300
