Very disorganized
I found this very disorganized as there’s sauces, rubs, salads and other random items all thrown together; to find anything you have to read through three page table of contents and hope for the best. The recipes I saw all seemed to require a lot of different ingredients that I don’t have on hand.

Sauce book
Good book but not quite what I was looking for.

bad purchase
If I was able to give -stars I would. I was looking for a condiment book that would have recipes for mustards and ketchups like the cover of the book made it look like it would contain. Not one recipe for this in the entire book. Very disappointed and I was able to get better recipes for free on You Tube. Don't buy this book unless you are wanting more elaborate sauces.

Kindle Sample review
I wanted to get an idea on what to expect but the Kindle Sample doesn't go beyond the table of contents (which has very poor formatting). Would be nice to see at least one of the 75 recipes.
