At that time I did receive a reply from support suggesting that I install as Administrator. Just last week I again attempted to install this app and logged in as Administrator. The installation appeared to complete but the app would not recognize the correct cut and pasted registration number and was thus unusable. I once again sent an email to support. A week has passed without any response. Still completely unable to use the software that I paid good money for.
