Review: Stylish with great functionality and easy installation. - I purchased this to replace the only number pad deadbolt that I had on the back door of my house recently and I am really pleased with it. The installation was very straightforward and easy to follow. The only note I would add is when you get to the step where you screw the battery compartment to the mounting plate make sure to apply extra pressure otherwise the pre-installed screws won't grab hold of the mounting plate behind it. Once they do grab hold though it pulls in close very securely. The hardest part of the install was removing the old deadbolt assembly that was jammed in the door. The overall look of the lock is very high class but without the high class price tag. The motorized lock mechanism moves smoothly. During the initial set up the lock will run a test and detect which direction move the lock (can be used on either side of the door frame) It will be interesting to see how it holds up next winter when it is below zero temps outside but so far I haven't had any issues. The included keys are a nice backup for winter or if the batteries die while you are out. It is also nice being able to go up to 8 digits on the access code instead of the standard 4. This lock is an offline model so there is no connectivity to it through Alexa/Google/Apple. Note: you will need 4x AA batteries as there aren't any included with the lock set.
Review: PIN & keyed entry: just what I needed! - GREAT keyless entry lock! Super easy to replace existing deadbolt. Programming also very easy - once I memorized my master code. Only in use for a week so far, but working flawlessly. It would be nice if I could access the activity (who entered their PIN and when, etc.) - but that's likely why the price point is so attractive. I'd rather not have that information than pay the extra $100 or more for the box store options (and I'm not even sure they offer the tracking). I love the security of the key option, and it looks great on my door, too. Already recommended to friends! I'll update if anything changes, but loving it for now!

**Q: hello love this lock, is there an instant lock option? sometimes auto lock fails. I want to leave, press a button and lock instantly ?**
A: It fails for me as well.  It "kinda" works though.  I will press and hold a number for 2 seconds, then it will lock, unlock, lock, unlock and then finally lock.  Kind of irritating that it does not work perfectly.  I have even set it back to factory settings twice.  I rolled the dice and lost on this product.

**Q: Can I buy multiple of these keyed alike? I need 6.**
A: You may not get 6 same keys but you can have the same code for however many you need

**Q: Do the numbers wear, so you can see which numbers are pushed all the time**
A: Hello, it's nice to receive your message.
Our keyboard keys are made of silicone, so there is no wear and tear, and no fingerprints left behind.

**Q: How does this nount to the door? Is it easily removable to change the batteries?**
A: It is screwed to the door and was easy to install. The cover slides up and you change batteries.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Better than kwikset!

I will update my review after a few months of using these. I bought 11 brand new kwikset Powerbolt 250s. After installing all of them, they kept failing. I called kwikset and they blamed it on my door installation. So I went out and got all these TEEHO electronic locks. I replaced every kwikset lock (two houses) with these. Every one of them works flawlessly. Absolutely no issues. It’s the exact same installation. Everything about it is the same. I just stuck these new electronic locks in where the kwikset locks were. These are a great value. The only problem is I couldn’t key them alike to the knobs. But it doesn’t matter, because they’re electronic and I don’t need a key for them. If you’re considering a kwikset, please reconsider and try these TEEHO locks. The slide like buttah, easy install, easy programming.
