Here is the review from my 12 year old daughter- Honestly one of the best nonfiction books out there. With its gripping storyline, it really brought light to what people needed to remember- the Sudanese civil war- and served as a reminder to always remember the lives lost. It felt real- as though it was happening right in front of me. And the thing is- it was real. It was very real.
