They have are ridged on soles, from toes to the arch of foot. B **Q: Do they run small?** A: They are wide, if you have a narrow foot, do not buy. It’s very pretty… it’s an awesome price . I’m gonna keep them and just put several inserts (that I make) because most shoes run a little wide but these run very wide compared to other 9 1/2. **Q: Do they flop loud?** A: No they don't.
