I have been looking for something to help improve my hair's health for over a year now. I've tried olaplex, redkens acidic bonding treatment, anything and everything that's supposed to help damaged hair.I've had this spray for a little over a week now and I've used it 3 times. The first time I used it I could not believe how different my hair felt. I could tell a HUGE difference in the amount of nutrients my hair had after the first day. It soaked it right up and the spray didn't leave my hair feeling sticky, heavy, or oily.My hair has had a lot of problems feeling brittle, dry, frizzy, and tangling easily. After the first use my hair already felt more soft, pliable, and it hardly tangled which is huge for me. I'm very excited to keep using it. I have been very frustrated and spending a lot of money on products that claim to improve damaged hair but just end up sitting in your hair like glue.I've also noticed I've needed less and less the more consistently I use the spray. Which I'll take as a good sign that my hair isn't needing as much for the same effect.The spray's smell is very sweet at first and then fades to a nice subtle scent as it dries. I bought the 12 oz and I'm glad I did.
