We'll I reach out to the company via telephone, they instructed me to go to there website and there they tried to assist me in getting the light to work(this was to no avail).After some chats back and forth the had me send then a short video on my attemp to get the light to work. Since I could get the light to work they said they would send me a new light head. The next thing I new, I receive a new light. I charged the battery, but the flashlight only exhibited 5 levels of lumen intensity rather than the 6 levels (which is Turbo mode).
