Missing screws, had to buy the right one myself, no instructions, the qr code thats supposed to take you to the instructions pdf lead you to a 404 page, you have to navigate yourself in their website to find the instructions for a similar item. Still, very difficult to follow, the video is below useless. Took forever to finally set it up, and it's not smooth as I was hoping for, quite clunky. Gonna send it back for sure.
