Review: Stargate SG-1(Gold Gate Version) - Bluray Review - I had been thinking about picking this set up for along time but reviews around to much DNR and surround sound issuess had put me off. However my wife got me these as a surprise for my birthday, I must say its been a pleasant surprise. The video quality for an upscaled set is great, yes there is some DNR but I'm watching on a 65inch LG OLED and this is best the shows looked compared with my dvd sets. The audio issues must have been fixed as I am on season 2 and I get full surround sound and it doesn't appear to be a bad sound convertion as voices only come from my front speaker and when there is gun fire or energy weapon fire I hear it from behind me in different directions. Sound is great from what I have heard so far. If you are a fan of this show don't let the negative reviews put you off.

The total series is just fantastic as it brings such imagination to you with losing track on our world . It’s super ….just a small criticism box for discs is not ideal as getting each one out without fingers all over them is hard
