Arrived with a dented grille but easily fixed *by O***R on 26 September 2022* Good value patio heater, seems well put together and will allow us to make proper use of the garden this winter. Was amazed at how cheap this was for how much oomph it has. Recommend grabbing a cover for it so you can store it outside. Ours arrived with a hole in the outer box and a big dent in the grille - so the packaging isn't amazing, but it was easy to bend it back into shape with some pliers as it hadn't actually damaged anything. Not buying this to be ornamental so it's not really an issue.
