We didn't need to buy anything. It has the hinges, door knob, etc. Plus a track for the top and a small metal piece that goes in the floor to hold the door in place while you open it. It doesn't have a full track on the bottom. **Q: Does this include both panels?** A: This is for 1 door (each door has 2 panels). It will fit in an 80"x30" opening.
