HAUNTED Blu-ray (import) worked great for me in my US player.

Blu-ray played great in my inexpensive LG Blu-ray/DVD combo player. Finally, a WIDESCREEN presentation and English subtitles for those of us who need them. The old DVD from 2001 had neither. This is one of my favorite ghost stories along with the original The Haunting (1963), The Innocents (1961), and The Changeling (1980). Adian Quinn and the rest of the top-notch cast are excellent. The Blu-ray itself is a real treat.
