The best part, it stays in place when doing multiple reps for a lift. I typically use lifting tape for power cleans, especially when we are doing high reps to protect my thumbs, and this tape was PERFECT. The tape from Walmart would stick to my skin, and under 5 minutes into my workout, It'd be slipping and sliding. I could never deadlift very well with it because it would just slip while picking up a heavy weight -- very dangerous.I then swapped over to this tape and OH MY.. the difference! I can add more or less without needing scissors as it's easily ropable, and it does NOT SLIP! I haven't had this for too long and will edit this if I have any problems in the future, but this is a game changer. I loved not having to worry about my hands slipping while deadlifting, stayed in tack, AND gave me some flexibility because it's slightly stretchy unlike the Walmart one. Feels breathable and great, cannot beat this price, especially for how many rolls you get.ZERO complaints from me so far! This is by far the best tape I've come across for heavy lifters, you NEED to try this! Somehow the tape is both comfortable and yet provides strength/cushion so that the wrap never came off.
