The O'Creme Halloween Pumpkin Rosette Iron is a lightweight, durable cast aluminum mold measuring 3.25" x 2.75" designed to create crisp, thin pumpkin-shaped pastries. Seasonable for easy release, dishwasher safe for convenience, and perfect for adding a festive touch to your holiday baking repertoire.

## Description

Similar to Fritters or Funnel cakes, Scandinavian Rosettes are a thin and crunchy pastry made by dipping a Rosette or Timbale iron into a thin batter, then frying it in hot oil. Rose cookies, or Rosettes, are traditionally made in patterns that elicit the holidays, using shapes like snowflakes or stars, or in shell or cup-shapes using Timbale Irons. Today, these irons come in an assortment of interesting patterns, such as this pumpkin design. Our Rosette Molds are made from a cast aluminum alloy, so they are lightweight for easy handling around hot oil, and durable. Design allows for the rosette cookie to slide easily off the mold after frying (Irons should be seasoned properly in hot oil prior to first use). Food-grade aluminum Although dishwasher is safe to use, it may discolor the product.
