I LOVE this lipstick! I have been wearing it for years. It stays on all day. You need to reapply after eating, but what lipstick doesn't? My Dentist is always amazed it doesn't come off when I have work done. So I bought her a tube as a gift and she loves it, too. I continue to buy this product after several years, in many colors. It lasts more than 24 hours, after eating and drinking. You can go to the dentists with it. It doesn't smear and stays on. The availability of colors isn't great; I love corals and reddish taupes, but I wish they had a Chanel red. :-)
