I have owned phone cases similar to this so I knew what to expect. The rubber part fits my tablet very tightly, no slippage there. I like that the corners have a small air gap to act as a shock absorber if the tablet is dropped. The hard plastic part and included stand works very well for reading while eating.I find it a little hard to hold for extended periods of time, especially reading in bed. I added a finger ring intended for use on a cell phone to the lower right quadrant on the back of the case. This allows me to support most of the weight of the tablet without keeping a tight grip.I would recommend this protective case to anyone who worries about the possibility of dropping their new tablet. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitely 5 stars at this price level! If you drop it face-down on an uneven surface, then your screen is still at risk. On top of that, it doesn't feel very secure (Kindle still has wiggle room).
