I love these plant-based multivitamins since they are made for how our bodies work. Your body absorbs in the area of 85%+ of plant-based vitamins and supplements and less than 50% of synthetic vitamins. (People who work in sewers can attest to that!) I’ve noticed a difference in my energy level and overall well being within 3 weeks of starting these wonderful vitamins and my hair is finally growing faster and comes out in better condition. Woohoo! They have no taste, are easy to swallow, have caused no stomach issues even on an empty stomach. Yes, they cost a bit more than the synthetic junk but are worth 10 times the price. Even if you take less than the recommended dose to save money you’ll still be way ahead nutritionally. I’d take no vitamin rather than load my body with synthetic products that are hard to process and just get discarded with the other useless waste. Bottom Line? I highly recommend these high quality vitamins. If you don’t buy this brand be sure you buy plant-based vitamins and supplements. For the few dollars more you’ll be the winner. Please note that I’m not a vegetarian or vegan but I know what works and what doesn’t and these work.

These vitamins are amazing!! I’ve been taking them for a year now and they are full of everything you. They do not taste bad or leave after effects or taste. I love them.

I've tried other Multivitamins before. One-a-day for men is better than nothing, but it always gave me a very synthetic kind of feeling and doesn't provide nearly any of the other benefits that these Wholefoods Multivitamins do. Being that these Wholefoods Multivitamins use a blend of dehydrated fruits, vegetables, roots, and mushrooms, I get a much more natural energy boost from them. I'm very glad they offer both iron and no iron versions. Another crucial benefit for me is pre and probiotics + papaya, which help the gut microbiome. Since I am lactose intolerant, these multivitamins allow me to have dairy with NO ISSUES. Lastly, these multivitamins include great benefits for the skin with omega fatty acids and turmeric, (which turmeric also has a TON of other health benefits too). The 90 count was a little small since it is suggested to take 3 per day (which is a month supply) but I LOVE that they offer a 180 count bottle and the price is VERY reasonable for the quality you get here. Working with their customer service was also a joy when I had an issue with one of the bottles (that was the only issue I've ever had after purchasing these for a few years now). They were very prompt, friendly, and professional. They went above and beyond with their help. (Thanks Jen!)

The fish taste is too much If you don't mind that then it's a nice multi vitamin BUT it has no calcium or iron. Now Multi vitamins should never combine iron with calcium as the calcium will block the iron from being absorbed. Remember that. While I'm at it, No caffeine within 2 hours of taking calcium. The oxalates in caffeine block calcium from being absorbed. Also, take iron on an empty stomach preferably at bedtime and not with milk!

Seems like a high quality multivitamin without iron, so it doesn't cause constipation. I take this with a separate iron supplement. This way I don't get over dosage on iron.

All of the vitamins and minerals needed Plus probiotics. Please keep the price reasonable.

Unfortunately, these gave me really bad breath. I took them for months and always had a constant strong, foul taste in my mouth, and my son told me my breath was terrible, which I suspected. I stopped taking them and my bad breath and the foul taste in my mouth went away. It was too bad because feel like these were beneficial to my health. Bummer.
