Review: Great for drip irrigation - If you are handy then this is the perfect product to convert a sprinkler head into a multiport source for irrigation. I tapped into a pop up sprinkler head that was behind a small garden. I then added 1/4” drip irrigation tubing and drip heads to cover the needs of my garden. Works great.
Review: Individual port adjustments simplified (8 port heads) - There seems to be a common complaint about the adjustment screws being easy to break or otherwise difficult to use. I have solved that problem! A 3/32” Allen wrench fits inside the fitting exactly. No screwdriver ever needed. Screwdriver blades slip off easily and because the plastic is black it is hard to see to get the blade in the right place. I bought a 3/32” T-handle Allen wrench from desertcart for $1.62. Just search for 3/32 Allen wrench T-handle. It’s 12 inches long so really convenient to make adjustments. I have a dozen of these 8 port heads so this method is a major league convenience for me. All of my backyard drip irrigation is now above ground. No more digging and kneeling to make repairs. I love Orbit products. Photos added. The first one shows the 3/32 long handle Allen wrench from Eklind product code 51906. Available on desertcart for $1.62. The second photo shows a Dremel 3/16" pear shaped carbide grinding stone.. Also available from desertcart in a two pack for $4.95. The numerical product code is 84922. I have great difficulty slipping 1/4" tubing over the little green elbows on the 8 port manifold. I use this item to ream out the inside of the tubing slightly and it is just enough to make the connection much easier but still secure enough to stay in place.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How do you adjust the center dial and does it do?  And how do you adjust the individual ports?  Which direction do you turn to increase flow?**
A: There is no center  dial.  What  you see is a removable/replaceable  screen which you can clean debris.  Each port is adjustable with a screw  Clockwise to close and CCW to open and adjust flow rate.  I have a bunch of them and they are really great

**Q: I cannot see the "easy to access" filter, where is it and how to get it out?**
A: You ha to remove drip manifold and filter should be inside threaded area.

**Q: If the 1/4 inch tubing you are running from the manifold goes out several feet has that caused anyone issues water pressure wises??**
A: I run 20 of these heads 36" + and have no issues with water pressure.  They will get airlocked pretty easily however, and you have to turn the filter top in the center slightly to release the water.  Be advised that these heads will split if you screw them onto a standard threaded PVC nipple as those nipples are tapered and these heads are not.

**Q: I need the caps that go on this manifold. Are they sold on Amazon?**
A: I am not sure what you mean.  If it is the small black caps on the green tubing connectors.  I do not think you can buy them.  I keep them when I attach a tube.  You do not need them however, just turn off the vale at the top so it does not leak.

I bought this to use in an automatic irrigation system. It works well with 1/4” OD lines. Flow is adjustable. It has a inline filter. I like these. Plastic is soft, be careful when adjusting flow or taking out filter to not strip plastic.
