I was having difficulty threading the needle on my sewing machine- it took me 45 minutes !I was sooo frustrated because my reading glasses were useless. I was excited when I found this on Amazon, and had high hopes that they would work.I was NOT disappointed ! These glasses are amazing & so helpful. They look like they may be a little heavy but they are quite comfortable. A headband is also included if you find that more comfortable than using as regular glasses. I prefer using them as you would regular glasses and the nose piece can be adjusted for a good fit. 5 lenses with increasing magnification are included and attach easily. A light which is very easy to adjust is also inculed. 1 click turns the light on and a 2nd click makes it brighter. The light is easily & quickly charged (charger included).I didn't need the light, but I'm sure it would be helpful under certain conditions.I can see where these glasses would be a huge help for any close up work- sewing, crochet, jewelry making, drawing, painting intricate or small areas, jig saw puzzles, etc. They would also make a great gift !

I use the elastic band strap and not the arms, so I cannot say anything to those. Overall, very pleased with the product. I do find the brow area does get a little tight and does irritate after extended wearing (2+ hours, hence the 4-star rating), nothing that a couple minutes of removal doesn't fix. The magnification lenses are great. I do wear reading glasses and find these do a great job (better in most cases) of letting me see the small parts and details of the models I work on.

I have had the old school jewelers head mounted magnifier for years for small delicate work. I got a led light which mounted on it so it worked really well except for 2 issues both of which were solved by this magnifier. The main problem was that i couldn't wear it for very long. It did not have infinite adjustment so for my head it was always either too loose or too tight. Too loose it would fall down so practically speaking the only option was too tight. Not good. Secondly it only came with a single lense. They explained that you chose the maginfication you wanted based on how far away you wanted to hold your work. This is not how work works. Sometimes you need it close to your face and other times further away.This magnifier does it all. It is very comfortable. You can use it with regular temples or a strap that comes with it. It has a integral LED light in 2 powers of brightness. It has a chargeable battery (comes with charging cable), and it has 5 magnification lenses included in a hard case which protects the lenses when not in use.The only issues I had with found with it is that I wear progressive eyeglasses and have astigmatism in one eye. it works great with my rimless Silhouette frames but not with the heaver frames i have. It has a nose bridge like glasses have and that is one of the reasons it is so comfortable. It fits behind the Silhouette frames but not some of the others. If you don't have to correct for astigmatism you can simply take off your glasses but an astigmatism gives you blurry vision if not corrected so i like to wear my glasses and the magnifiers.The only other problem I had, and it could have been operator error, it only happened once, was that one of the lenses dropped out while I was using them and of course by Murphy's Law, I was working over a concrete floor. Fortunately they weren't scratched up directly in front of my eye. Still I wish the lenses were a little harder to chaqnge out. I would rather them harder to change out than have be able to easily fall out.These really are well thought out and function much better than the old school head band flip up style. I would pay a little more to have a hard case/travel case for the whole setup instead of just for the lenses.

I bought this to use for doing hand embroidery. It works great - definitely less eye strain when using this. I find it comfortable to wear (mind you, have never worn it for hours at a time), does not sit too heavily on my nose, etc. Love that it has a light with 2 settings - has allowed me to embroider while watching TV or in my bed. Seems to hold a decent charge as well. For the price, this has been an awesome addition to my embroidery tools!

Si te gusta pintar por número y/o trabajar con piezas pequeñas, es una gran opción. Cuidar la vista es muy importante y con esta lupa con iluminación se logra perfectamente. Vienen con 4 tipos de aumento, un soporte adicional para la cabeza y una pequeña luz que se puede inclinar en diferentes posiciones. Muy práctica!

No doubt product is great quality but the magnification is same with 700rs.magnifier which i bought from amazon before but clearity is unbeatable with 4 led light and touch switch.

Work well. I can wear them over my glasses and the light is a welcome feature.Lenses seem well made.

Work great for what I use them for takes a bit to get nose peace to fit and sit nice
