Review: Nice! Love the options. - I have had a similar one for many years and it just lately started having some issues so I decided to order the same one. This one does not come with the drain and cover that was on the old one - says optional - not sure why. Luckily, I was able to use the one from my old unit. It fits pretty well - thank goodness. I did have one issue early on, but so far it has not happened since. Luckily I keep a cup in the coffee maker all the time. All of a sudden, it started running when nothing had been pressed and I am glad I had the cup there to catch it. Maybe be careful not to leave it without a cup there!

It’s too bad because it’s a great single serve coffee maker. If you buy a replacement, remember to keep the accessories from the older one. I am using the drawers from the first one I bought because they are sturdier. Also save the drip tray because it is an additional purchase now. I only bought the third one because my husband liked it and insisted on buying a new one. About one month in, the MCU is acting up in a bad way. It’s loud, drips and spits water. I am very disappointed. I contact BUNN and they will not honor the one year warranty. I am done with desertcart and BUNN. I have been using it only 30 days, two cups of coffee a day. Shame on BUNN and desertcart! I am done shopping on desertcart!

**Q: How can i purchase the drip tray?  i do not see it on amazon or the bunn site.**
A: There are 2 pieces for the drip tray. Bunn 57414.0000 DRIP TRAY, MCU and Bunn 57413.0000 COVER, DRIP TRAY MCU. Try a Google search.

**Q: Will this always have 14oz of water in the tank, or should I brew a second time so that it is empty?**
A: It always has water in the tank after you first fill it. It keeps the water warm so that brewing the next cup takes less time than it would otherwise. You add water before brewing each cup.

**Q: Can I purchase a drip tray?**
A: I  purchased mine directly from Bunn. It was $36 less than Amazon. I e-mailed Bunn customer support about drip trays. I've used this coffee maker for years. My old one has a plastic drip tray and then the stainless steel drip tray cover. Bunn said they aren't in stock but will be soon. Thank goodness I saved those 2 things before I threw the old one out

**Q: Can I use this with Baronet coffee pod?**
A: It has a pod drawer made for soft coffee/tea pods and tea bags.  So I would say yes you can use Baronet soft coffee pods.

I have had a similar one for many years and it just lately started having some issues so I decided to order the same one. I did have one issue early on, but so far it has not happened since. Luckily I keep a cup in the coffee maker all the time. All of a sudden, it started running when nothing had been pressed and I am glad I had the cup there to catch it. Maybe be careful not to leave it without a cup there!

This is my opinion only and this is what they are asking in this review. I love my coffee and don't always want to make a full pot to have one cup of coffee. This is why I have always had a single-serve unit. I started with a Keurig, change over to a ninja, back to a Keurig, and noticed that the coffee makers are not as well made as they were when I started using them. My full pot coffee maker is a Bunn and I love my Bunn. When my Keurig broke down again my husband and I decided we would not buy another. We started researching Bunn for a single-serve unit. Nothing came up on Amazon so we went to the website and glory to be told they had a unit. After researching the product and all the high-quality features we bought the BUNN MCU My Cafe Single Cup Multi-Use Coffee Brewer. I am so impressed with this machine. The coffee comes out hot every time, you can adjust your taste, easy to use and cleaning is a snap. When it arrived we notice right off the high-quality craftsmanship. I love this machine and wanted to let everyone know, that you can find a high-quality single-cup café that will stand up to everyday use and one easy step to clean. If you are an adamant coffee or tea drinker this is the machine for you Thank you Bunn!!!!!
