Did the job perfectly and at such an amazing price, I can't understand how any of the other reviewers think that this is not good value for money! I needed to get a coax cable under about 2.5m of floor through a very tricky and tight route with multiple blockages. The short section length was really helpful, allowing me to add to the rod in a very tight space as I pushed it through the gap. This also meant that on many occasions I could construct two rods: one to do the job, and the other to carry my endoscope so that I could see what has happening. I did a lot of research into different rod solutions, many costing over £100. This little kit really performed for the job that I needed doing and cost £11!!! Amazing. I'm tempted to buy one or two more in case I have any larger scale jobs in the future as they will easily join together. It will also depend on the flexibility of the cable so if you have a stiff cable then it would be preferable to have a second person feed the cable whilst the first person pulls the rods to prevent snagging Thanks. **Q: What are the thickness of these rods please?** A: They are about 3mm but are terrible quality. It worked very well for the job and was robust enough to take some bending loads. Hooks and fishing loop worked well for the job. Loses a star because the first pack was missing a crucial end part.
