The crevice tool is not listed in the discription.** A: Yes, sir.. It's coming with all the tools.. It's the best machine you will ever use. **Q: What about battery life/run time?** A: I have yet to run out of battery power before I finish a job. Stairs took at least 15 mins. It is kind of small for stairs though. I use the small 6 inch attachment from my regular vacuum cleaner on it and that worked out well. **Q: Suction is all but gone. I have only had it for 3 months and it's entirely useless. Other than emptying the dust compartment. anything else I can do?** A: Please be sure that the folded paper filter is cleaned. Dust particles get inside the material of that filter. The directions say to rinse it out with water, but I simply use another vacuum to suck out all the dust particles. The white paper filter is located where you open the vac to dump debris. There is a handle you can use to pull it out, but if the handle doesn't work, you can still get it out.
