These little packets are perfect for traveling. Keep some in your purse, backpack, glove compartment or whatever as long as you have access to clean water to fill up the little packet. This was more expensive than usual but I like having this on hand for heavy working days in the gardens or even when I'm getting a migraine. They help. The flavor on this tastes like bug juice if you ever went to a YMCA camp as a kid. This is that flavor. I don't like fruit punch in most things and this is definitely worse because I personally hate bug juice flavor but again couldn't get the normal grape flavor. If you like the flavor then these otherwise are spot on and do what you want them to do which is help you get hydrated quick especially when you've neglected your body telling you to drink water for hours up to needing one of these. ### ⭐ Don’t waste your money- leaks *by J***6 on Reviewed in the United States on 28 April 2022* I was excited for these to keep with me for long days at the softball fields. When they arrived, one of them had leaked and the sticky mess was all over them. I took the time to clean them and realized half of them were leaking. I put the rest in a ziploc bag and the next morning I noticed they were leaking again. I tossed them all.
