The sprayer turns the soap into a foam. **Q: I bought this it leaked and the nozzel was broken. They mafe so difficult to return. And still don't know how to do it.** A: Suggestion: Empty the bottle and send it back through Amazon returns as usual but they don’t usually want this back if it’s compromised. Let them know it made a mess and smells strong and you would like rid of the box.
