It seems you should be able to use other grohe blue filters of S, M, L sizes, including 40412001 (that’s large one). There is one with active carbon, too, but it did not work for us. The product is only showing up on the UK website. It could have also been discontinued for the US. TDS measures total dissolved solids, including minerals that may be healthy to be in the water. TDS measures at the parts per million level, while some contaminants in water are bad at the parts per billion or parts per trillion level, where a TDS meter will not pick up on those levels of filtration. Determine WHAT you would like filtered out, and purchase a filter based on that.
