Wonderful for this Colorectal Cancer Survivor!!! -- Wish I could give it TEN stars
I cannot express how much this faucet has changed my life! Seriously! I was recently diagnosed with colorectal cancer and now, after the resection surgery of my colon and rectum, I spend a LOT of time in the bathroom. So much wiping was uncomfortable and painful. I was miserable! Now I am able to rinse completely with the bidet and pat dry -- Yay! No more rash, no more pain. I like this version over the ones that attach to the toilet water shutoff because I can control the temperature at the sink. Sometimes the warm water is good and other times, when I am chaffed, the cold water is helpful. I have found, though, that if you leave the warm water diverted to the sprayer for a while before using it, the water comes out very very hot! To avoid burning myself, I spray it into the sink for a few seconds until the temperature stabilizes. The hook-up to the faucet is very tight and as long as the rubber washer is properly in place, it does not leak... At. All. I have not had any leaking at the sprayer end either. I have the bracket that holds the sprayer hanging from the towel rack on the side of our vanity. Using a wrench, I am able to easily remove the bidet to bring with me when traveling. I pack it coiled up, along with the wrench and rubber washer, in a ziplock bag and pack it in my suitcase. Because I remove it for traveling at least once a month, I have found that it does not need to be super tightly installed. I use a washrag between the wrench and the attachment to keep it from getting scratched up. I was concerned that the diverter would extend too low into the sink, especially since we needed to use the extra fitting, but it is perfectly fine. There is plenty of room to put a full sized glass under the tap. I have experienced some back splashing to the back of the toilet between the seat and the tank, which has dripped onto the floor. I have remedied that problem by rolling a hand towel and placing it behind the seat between the lid and the tank. I think this is a problem unique to our specific toilet as I do not experience this problem at our weekend cabin or other places that we have traveled. The only complaint I have but was immediately remedied was that the kit arrived without the hanger clip for the sprayer. I Googled RiseWorks, Inc and found their customer service phone number and gave them a call. They didn't even question me and sent the clip out right away. I seriously do not know how I could get along without this wonderful appliance! I highly recommend it to colon or rectal cancer survivors, colitis suffers, or anyone else that spends a lot of time in the bathroom. Thank you for your wonderful product! I wish I could give you TEN stars!

Perfect for RVers and everyone else!
This works extremely well, is easy to clean and control, and comes with good customer service. I have a non-standard RV bathroom faucet and was having trouble finding a connector for it, so after a trip to the Home Depot to determine the correct size of my faucet’s threads, I called the company, and the nice man who answered solved the problem.. pointing me toward a ten dollar adapter here on Amazon that did the trick. After that, bidet was easy to install, and I didn’t need to cut into the RV’s pex tubing to do it. I hang the nozzle in my shower, so if there’s a leak from either end, the water won’t ruin my RV. The bidet itself is easy to control one-handed. You can point it to just the right spot so that everything else stays (relatively) dry, and since it’s connected to the sink faucet, you can control the temperature, if you wish (I’ve become used to cold water and don’t bother, like most bidet users seem to do). I was worried at first about parts of this being plastic instead of metal, but now that I’ve used it for a while, I think it’s not an issue. In fact, it’s much lighter than the metal one and so easier to maneuver (a family member has the metal one, so I’ve used both). My first bidet was one of those that looks like a kitchen sprayer. My second was one designed specifically for RVs that attached to the toilet. This one is the best one, by far. In an RV, if you’re on pump, the pressure is adequate and does what it’s supposed to, though I prefer city hookup pressure to convince me that the job is done. :-) This saves on toilet paper, especially if you use a dedicated cloth towel or washcloth to dry the splash zone after use. And, since you automatically use more water each time you need to…um…use it (ahem!), RV pyramids and clogs are a thing of the past. Plus, you can use it to clean your shower and toilet, your shoes, baby messes…. This thing is great for RVers and sticks-and-bricks homeowners alike.

Elegant solution for a disabled person
This review is for the Aquaus 360 Bidet with the brass sprayer and faucet connection kit. The Aquaus 360 has proven to be the simplest, most convenient, and most cost effective solution for providing a bidet system for a disabled person. Compared to the alternatives it is inexpensive, installs in minutes, works alongside any toilet, has only two moving parts with no gadgets to learn, requires no wiring, and lets you spray in whatever direction and temperature you want. I investigated bidet seats, never quite convinced that they would fit my toilet's brand and shape. They would have prevented use of our 4 inch riser seat and probably the safety frame rails as well. Adding an electrical outlet nearby would have been a minor inconvenience, but the limited warm water supply was a concern. Connecting the Aquaus in place of the sink aerator was a breeze, and this configuration gives easy access to the diverter valve and water temperature up at the faucet - no reaching blindly under the toilet tank only to get cold water. The wand hangs out of the way and does not complicate cleaning the toilet area. Update: We have been using two of these for over a year, and both are working very well. One thing we have discovered is that we must remember to shut off our Moen faucets when we are finished. The bidet sprayer doesn't leak, but if we leave the faucet's mixing valve wide open and set to warm for an extended period then the hot supply is able to feed across to heat the cold line. When we next use the faucet we have very hot water instantly and no cold until we have run just the cold for a while. The cold water line is affected even in the adjacent bathroom.

What a great product.
I purchased this in advance of hip replacement surgery to make things easier in the bathroom and insure my independence. It is so simple to install and remove that it can easily be moved with no damage to the existing faucet or the handheld bidet. The only downside is something that another reviewer mentioned--- for whatever reason, no matter what temp the water is set on, it comes out piping hot for the first few seconds and then adjusts to the desired temperature. Perhaps this only happens when you have a single dial temperature control, but whatever the reason, as long as you know this is going to happen you can aim the water into the bowl until the high temp passes and before you apply it to your body. I would give this five starts but for the temperature issue and I have a feeling that this is caused because of my faucet type and less because of a design flaw in the device. My installation instructions were missing but there was an easy to follow video on You Tube.

Quality, Performance and Ability to Adjust Temperature and Water Force
I love it! My toilet and vanity sink are side by side, so I chose one I could easily hook up to the vanity for the benefit of controlling the temperatue of the water. Before I sit down, I adjust the temperature and clear the hose of cold water. The water will always be cold for the ones that tap into the cold water line of the toilet. You can control the amount of water force with ease. Many uses. I have sprayed many things off over the toilet as well (such as muddy shoes). You can even use it to spray up under the rim and to force water into the vanity drain. The hose is long and sturdy. I hang it on the side of the toilet by the vanity, so the excess is not in the way. It is long enough to stretch to the bathtub. Extensions work great! I just picked one and haven't had any need to change it. My vanity faucet has recessed threads, so I did have to purchase and adapter. It was only a few dollars, but it would have been nice to have been included. 5 out of 5 stars!

Perhaps the greatest invention produced in the history of mankind
This is the greatest device ever produced by mankind, next to the battery operated pump to use with 5 gallon jugs of water. Outside of the USA, all toilets have these sprayers. I find that they are very useful for keeping the toilet clean (I don't use them to spray my private parts). When your poo-nuggets get stuck to the side of the bowl, and stay there despite repeated flushing, just use this sprayer to wash them off. Also, when you clean your toilet with a brush, how are you going to rinse that brush off ? In the sink where you brush your teeth ? In the shower where you stand with your bare-feet ? hell no ! use the sprayer and rinse it off in the toilet ! More hygenic ! keep the doody molecules where they belong, in the toilet ! I recently moved back to the states and was troubled by the lack of toilet-sprayers. This item works perfectly and requires very little installation: no holes drilled in the wall to mount the sprayer, it hangs off the toilet tank; no disconnecting water supply plumbing for the toilet, adding a T and worrying about leaks, this device remains depressurized until you flip the valve and turn on the faucet. This works best with a goose-neck sink faucet. On a cheapo bathroom sink faucet, the faucet adaptor will hang too low. Comes with an 8-foot hose.

You get what you pay for
Got this for my garage bathroom so I could scrub animal waterers, hose off shoes, rinse off filthy outdoor clothes and raingear, etc., indoors during freezing weather when my exterior pipes are drained and insulated. Super long hose lets me fill buckets and hose mud down floor drain, etc. Warm water faucet attachment makes my life easy and can be removed in a couple minutes if necessary. All the parts/washers were included in the box. Brass parts seem to be holding up well, sprayer pressure is adjustable, etc. None of the vital parts in this unit are plastic, which is important to me as I don't want to develop a leak under pressure after it's been in use for a while. Installing this meant that no major plumbing changes were needed, it was done in 5 mins, and it is absolutely worth it to never have cold wet hands in winter again. You may need to purchase a separate wrench to get the faucet aerator off.

Game changer in this household
This is the nicest and most economical option for a durable shattaf/bidet if you want warm water. I prefer a handheld anyway. I spent a long time looking for something like this that didn’t just spray ice cold water from the toilet supply line. For a while we just used peri bottles. This is worlds better. I sprung for the brass one—it’s a nice, hefty thing. I love the pressure adjustment, it’s actually pretty strong at a medium setting from my old, low-pressure pipes. Just remember to turn everything on and off in the right order. The handheld aspect is convenient for keeping the sink basin clean, rinsing out hand washable garments, and rinsing washable menstrual pads (it’s generally great for menstrual hygiene). It’s nuts that this feels like such a luxury when truly, the custom of wiping with paper is a stain on western civilization, pun intended.

Very Effective! Easy to Install! High Quality Complete Finishing ! No Leaking! Awesome Purchase!
Happy with this purchase. I was looking for such a solution for a long time and eventually found this one. Very easy to install. I could even install it by my hand—a very high-quality product. The finishing is excellent. Good value for money! You can even feel the good finishing when you would start installing. The length of the hand shower is sufficient. I initially faced a problem with adjusting water temperature before applying it to my skin. Somehow, I was got hot water. Then I saw some tips/notes in the guidelines they provided telling how to adjust that temperature properly. I Will work on that. However, I realized that it would be better to keep the faucet turned off and put the diverter in the direction of the main faucet tap. It will surely help to ensure the longevity of the bidet sprayer. Anyway.... so far, I have loved this product. I already suggested my brother-in-law have this one for their toilet also.

Well designed appliance that functions as advertised and of acceptable quality although possibly a little overpriced.

Brilliant Product!
The company and it's product team have thought through the design very well. A very well designed product that overcomes the flaws of traditional bidet's. - Likelyhood of flooding your toilet is very low since it has two precautionary measures that guard against it, first the faucet tap itself which is going to be closed when you aren't using it and second the diverter valve which diverts the flow from the faucet to the bidet which again remains closed while not in use. - The wand length adjustments allow you to position the sprayer perfectly without having to reach your hand into the bowl and then awkwardly manouver it to reach the control lever, especially considering cheaper newer buildings these days tend to install the smaller commodes normally meant for female public toilets making it difficult for men, however the wand length as I mentioned before means you don't end up brushing your hands against the edges of these smaller toilet bowls. - The rotary water controller is again brilliant allowing you to precisely control how much water spray you need instead of having to fiddle with a spring tensioned lever present in other bidets which is hard to control. Overall a very well thought out product! As a product designer myself this is one of the few products I feel was worth every penny! Kudos to the RinseWorks product design team! I highly recommend this. A suggestion to the RinseWorks team. Please sell a version that attaches directly to the wall outlet in South and South East Asia. South Asians will not only appreciate this design, you won't be able to make these fast enough to sell.

Perfect for rentals, easy to install, and works really well
I'm in a rental, so I needed something that didn’t require any permanent installation. This bidet attachment was exactly what I was looking for. It connects to the sink tap, so I didn’t have to mess with any toilet plumbing, and I’m not worried about leaks or flooding since I can turn the water off at the tap when I’m not using it. One of the best parts is being able to adjust the water temperature through the tap, instead of being stuck with just cold water. The pressure is also adjustable, which is super useful depending on what you need. It’s made a big difference in how clean I feel and has cut down toilet paper use a lot. Definitely recommend this if you’re renting or just want something easy to set up.

Check your faucets - might require optional fittings.
Product arrived fine. Unfortunately was unable to get it connected due to the fact I have recessed threads in my bathroom sink faucet. They don't include the female to male extender with this kit - you have to buy it from their website. Rather a hassle, but once I had this piece, installation was a breeze. I had to shave the plastic surrounding my faucet threads a bit to get it to turn freely and connect properly. Customer service is great and Blake @ Rinseworks should get a raise for dealing with an irritable customer like me (I don't like it when things don't work out right out of the box). Very happy with the product now, am enjoying the toilet paper free lifestyle!
