However they solved it and I received the product correctly. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Working great for making my own supplements *by �***T on September 1, 2020* - Made in China I've never had one of these before, but I was just griping about 3 wks ago that I wished I had a real sieve. I make my own supplements, one of which is Cinnamon, but I use the real Ceylon Cinnamon. It's a bit difficult to grind small enough. I wanted one so I could sift out the parts that were done so I could reduce volume and get a better second grind for the more stubborn bits. Doing this reduces waste by powder cloud and grind time substantially so I'm pretty tickled with this thing. The frame is a good thick steel, nicely and evenly finished. The screen is sturdy steel with almost no give to it. Secured well in the frame. Really happy with this for my purpose.
