I'm a truck driver, now that it's winter I start driving in the daytime and then it gets dark midshift, i get pangz of anxiety, although I'm on prescription meds I needed help to get through this transition. I can not take certain meds because of my job with these being all natural it's perfect for me. I chew one slowly and not too long after I don't even notice the dark and I'm driving like normal.
