And it has reliably shut-off and turned-on at the set voltage/current values. Voltage here sometimes rises beyond 253V for a brief period, and have seen rising to 258V before the power company drops it by 5/10V, so we bought it to keep the electronics safe.Tested with multi-meter/volt-meter there's a ±1V difference.As said by other reviewers and in the provided-manual, the cut-offs has a delta of 5V, 3V for over and under voltage.
