I had used magntite stones and dirt around my old house several years ago and it made a huge difference. Now the minerals are contained in the unit rather than digging a trench and burying it under the power line, which is a lot more work. My recently bought 2 mica heaters and immediately couldn't sleep or run the units more than 10-15 minutes without an elevated heart rate and terrible anxiety.
