The first time I had it I could feel a great difference immediately e.g like after brushing your teeth with toothpaste you feel refreshed in your mouth and feel good. This is like the toothpaste for the body literally. I have been struggling to get my pelvic muscles strong again after an operation I had a year ago. I keep straining myself but God has helped me this far and now Vital Collagen. After two weeks I felt a small difference and after only a month a huge difference already. I ran out while travelling and skipped a week and was in a lot of pain. I ordered more and after a week again feeling so good. I want to kiss the person who started the company selling this as I tried another collagen from a different company a month (was way more expensive) ago and it made me ill for a few days as another reviewer also reported. So please guys give this a try it's the best and I am afraid to try any other company. I've tried loads of other brands over the years but this is best for many reasons. It mixes really easily in hot drinks with no nasty clumps left on the top, it's virtually taste free in coffee. I saw results within the first couple of weeks particularly with my knee pain but also with my nails appearing much stronger. My hair feels much better as well. The benefits increased with time. So you either have to adjust, or dont go mad too soon like I did last time. As when I was putting it my tea yeaterday - nothing, no heady, and I mean so slight. Not a headache ever. Just something. Also - I'm going to double check this out to make sure, but I 'think' my complexion looks a little more alive. But it has been aprrox just under 2 days. So I have to make sure it's not a placebo affect / wishful thinking. I will definately come back and review after a month. And it will be honest.
