Even on the smallest setting, these skates were a bit big - she had to double up on socks to get them to fit.She wore them to a glow skate at a roller rink and the flashing wheels were awesome! Only the front and back wheels flash. She skated the full 2 hours.The skates come with an extra wheel, the associated attachments, tool, and bag.
