I have used the grounding mat myself for many months, starting when I had a really bad cold—It definitely shortened the length of that. Then I started using it through the night, and especially after I was recovering from a knee surgery. It helps promote healing and takes down inflammation. So then I thought I would use it on our 13 1/2 year-old beloved poodle, and it has worked wonders for her. No more meds, no more struggling to stand, and she can even walk down the block and back—which she could not do for quite a long time prior to using the mat! Used at night at the end of my bed. Used to sleep on. Used to sit and meditate. Used when working and placing my feet on at my desk.

Absolutely love it! I slept with it on my bed as I waited for my large mat to be delivered and within an hour, my body felt the difference and overnight was wonderful. Definitely definitely definitely buy it. I had for knee replacement almost a year ago so I have a lot of stiffness and inflammation especially when it’s cold. This made a huge difference woke up and greatly decreased pain aches. Slept better than I have in a long time. This grounding mat is a game changer if you have issue I put it under my pillow,m and because it needs to touch bare skin, I sleep with my arm under the pillow, so it worked perfectly. s sleeping. I have purchases 6 in the past year as gifts, and everyone was satisfied! Started with my sone, who purchased one when he had 3 bulging discs in his back, after 3 months of no sleep, he slept a solid 8 hours. I thought I would try it.
