A: Yes it does...you choose between 12 and 24 hour format. Ive had it now for about three weeks and am very happy with it and that's coming from someone who has only worn Casio for over 25 years and have owned all the expensive models all the way up to the new $1000.00 Frogman. Finally, I can see the time again.

A: You don't wear this watch with a business shirt and suit.  It is not appropriate but it is beyond the point of the question.  The watch is slim enough for its kind.  It isn't as thick as the Casio G-Shock but it isn't a dress watch.  It is a sport watch.  If you need a slim watch to wear with the suit, you should look somewhere else.
