Does this include the staff and sword?

To be honest, I unpacked mine and don’t exactly recall about the sword. I think so. But, I am certain he has his Havoc Staff. The skull is grey and the staff itself is pink. It looks really cool!!

Why are these more than twice as much as they are at Walmart?

These were made by super 7 on a limited production run. The ones at Walmart are made by Mattel and the production numbers far exceed what the super 7 ones were. Also, the sculpts are different. The super 7 ones reflect the cartoon likeness of the filmation cartoons from the 80’s.
