Comfortable to lift and pour, and when empty, the large lid comes off to make cleaning the pitcher so easy. Just a quick hand rinse, and it's done. So far, I've made several pitchers' worth of tea, and the BPA-free plastic container shows no sign of tea stains. Yes, it's a bit on the expensive side, but I'm guessing I'll get many good years of use.

These pitchers work well and are sturdy. The lid rests tightly in the top and spins easily to the open slot. We use them all the time.
