I purchased a springboard a few years ago, so I was surprised it didn't come with long yellow straps, but I am very happy with this purchase. **Q: do you have an instructional dvd that comes with the springboard** A: Hi Samer,When you order the Springboard, it does come with an instructional DVD. It is a 40-minute, full-body workout including a warm-up, core strengthening, upper body and lower body program. Is it ok to mount it with the springboard being 3/4" higher off the floor than the recommended 5"?** A: Should be just fine. The bar located at the bottom will just be higher when you need to hold it for certain exercises. All the springs are adjustable however. So that should not affect anything negatively. Before you install the bar you could consider installing it to the baseboard instead? Just an idea. Also consider installing it at standing grab level like some Pilates studios have. Love that it's just on the wall and doesn't take up space so we still have floor room for other types of exercises. It's very sturdy and well made. Tho my husbands comment was "I could have made that with some plywood for less than 100 dollars" But it is beautifully made and it's quick to put together and put up. In terms of content, there are free YouTube classes by Bennie Barre Pilates Studio. They are pretty short, but if you subscribe to her Patreon page, you get 30+ full length classes.
