Of course as a responsible adult I had to try it first. Now I got this for my boys because they are over a hundred fifty pounds and the normal scooters just don't hold up. I weigh 215 pounds and I'm six foot tall and it held up to me very well. There was no flex in the arm or in the body as it went down the hill. I will let you know that the scooter is fast. It has upgraded bearings and wheels so it is super smooth as well. And wheels so it is super smooth as well. You cannot beat the price on Amazon and you definitely can't find something comparable for the same price that's going to hold up. Not for everyone, probably, as you need some experience with skating etc., to be really comfortable on this thing. For someone less experienced or more "cautious" I'd recommend something with larger wheels. However, if you're familiar with flying down the tarmac on two tiny wheels already than the Razor A4 is your machine!
