Before I began using them I called the company to confirm that they can be used with contacts. :-) **Q: What are the ingredients?** A: One of the other reviewers, Sukie D., listed the inactive ingredients. The active ingredients are carboxymethylcellulose sodium .5% and glycerin .9%. Hope this helps. **Q: does this contain castor oil?** A: I don't think so. I checked the box for the active and inactive ingredients list and didn't find it listed. **Q: Are these reusable. Or can the cap be replaced. I wish the pictures included better pictures of rather actual vials.** A: The cap can ABSOLUTELY be replaced. If you have some drops left, you can just snap the cap right back on (don't keep an open vial for more than a day, though). I've been doing this for years now and actually carry it in my pocket that way and use it throughout the day. Look closely at the vial in the picture.
