I have to hold mine nearly sideways for all 4 lights to go green.** A: Here are the instructions to recalibrate .... 1. Place the EzLevel on a flat surface like a dinning table, oriented so that the EzLevel logo is on top (it does not have to be a level surface). 2. Push the power button to activate EzLevel 3. Push and hold power button for 10 seconds, when lights go OUT, let go of button. 4. When all lights go red, rotate the Ezlevel 180 degrees in the same spot (the EzLevel logo should be upside down at this time.) 5. Push the power button for 1 second and let go. 6. The lights will go off and then go red for a few seconds then resume normal operation. 7. The EzLevel is now re-calibrated. **Q: I have held the button for 10 sec, and release after lights go out. When all lights turn red? My never does this.** A: If you are level the lights will turn green, if you are off level left to right those lights will turn red if you are off level front to back those lights will turn red. Before getting the EZ Level, I was constantly running back and forth between the RV and leveling blocks, never quite getting it right on the first try. The illuminated indicator lights are brilliant - you can see them clearly even in bright sunlight, and they're essential for evening arrivals when visibility is poor. The auto-shutoff feature prevents battery drain, which I appreciate since I sometimes forget to turn off camping equipment. What impressed me most is the accuracy. The system guides you to perfect level every time, not just "close enough." Our fridge runs more efficiently, cabinet doors stay closed while driving, and we sleep better on level ground. My wife can actually cook without everything sliding to one side of the pan. Installation was straightforward and the mounting system feels secure even on rough roads. The compact design doesn't add significant bulk to our setup, and the wireless operation means I can position it wherever it's most visible during leveling. The durability has exceeded expectations.
