Stir every few minutes. -Drain boba and rinse with HOT water, set aside. -Boil 1 cup dark brown sugar with 1 cup water. -Add hot boba, cover, and boil on medium heat for another 15 mins. Stir to avoid sticking to the pot. -Remove from heat and keep them warm until used. ***Adding cold liquids while hot will ruin these,ot makes them harden very quickly. When it arrived at my step I opened the bag and all I saw was powder with some boba here and there. So I have to sift it and then put it into another container before I make it. Then there was more powder in the container because some were crushed even though I was being careful with it. Overall with this boba you are better off buying tapioca starch and making your own.
