It's quite easy to mix up so make sure you check your label to ensure you got the right one! With regards to the product, this is easy to use, dissolves quickly and barely tastes of anything. There is a hint of beef fat/milk smell but it's so mild that you won't smell or taste it if you mix it into your smoothies or anything other than water. It is very versatile, just note that when put into a blender or shaken in a shaker, it's very foamy. I like that it's "natural" with zero additives and doesn't have any artificial sweet taste. This way I can control the amount of sweetness I have in my protein shakes. It's reasonably priced compared to other brands too! Pur assumendone dosaggi importanti, non mi hanno mai dato problemi di digestione, quindi non ho niente di cui lamentarmi. Il gusto neutro non è il massimo se non abbinato ad altro ma in questo modo evitate di assumere troppi aromi artificiali e dolcificanti.
