For a facial cleanse1. In a non metal bowl mix 1-2 heaping tbsp of amla powder, 1tsp of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar, and just enough warm water to make a paste2. Apply paste to face. Leave on until hardened. Rinse off using light circular motion. 3. Apply your favorite mositurizer.For hair cleanser1. In a non metal bowl mix 2-3 tbsp of amla powder, 2 tbsp of creamy conditioner, 1-2 tsp of coconut oil, just enough warm water to make a paste the consistancy of soft serve ice cream (increase/decrease ingredients based on hair length).
