Usually when using thermal paste on a cpu there is almost always a settling-in period at first to where the paste "even's" out throughout the cpu just after being applied, at the point where the thermal paste finally settles a fluttering effect can be seen on screen. While the settling-in effect is expected concerning most thermal pastes(after being applied), this thermal paste is the exception to that rule. I just installed a brand new amd cpu(ryzen 9 5950x) in my gaming pc, which is the top/best/most-advanced amd cpu(performance wise) that can be installed on the AM4 socket on my current pc motherboard. Atm there is no settling-in effect with using this thermal paste which means this thermal paste is a step(s) above the competition in overall quality as it fills in any and all empty pockets/spaces while applying it to a processing unit(which is very good). I was a little worried when I found out that it had aluminum particles in the paste itself, thankfully the particles are so small and oxidized that they are non conductive. Which means there is no risk of shorting anything out if you apply the paste wrong by accident. The paste is expensive, but not unreasonably priced. If your going to spending a good amount of money upgrading a pc, you might as well invest in good high quality thermal paste too that will last. Because this thermal paste has good/efficient heat transfer dissipation it will last longer because it will be subject to the stresses of heat to a lesser degree: which means that the paste itself will not dry out faster due to being subject to the stresses of heat over time. Also due to superior heat dissapation the paste keeps things operating at a cooler temperature which means the cooling fans operate at a lower speed which means less noise and less stress on the pc in general due to a lower temperature. It is a little tricky to work with than other competitor's thermal paste products. But it does provide superior performance when used and applied correctly. Based on my previous experience with this thermal paste, I would definitely buy this thermal paste again. Do not let the price discourage you from buying this really good thermal paste I would definitely recommend it. Review: The good stuff - Expensive per ounce but works very well on my ASIC Bitcoin miners. Long lasting and reliably keeps the chips cool. ## Features - EXTREME HEAT CONDUCTIVITY - With a thermal conductivity, Kryonaut offers exceptional heat transfer, making it perfect for demanding configurations - EASY APPLICATION - The package includes a syringe and a specially designed applicator for effortless paste distribution - LONG-LASTING EFFECT - Kryonaut's unique structure ensures long-term eectiveness, remaining stable even at temperatures up to 80 degrees Celsius - IMPRESSIVE RESULTS - Experience an immediate temperature drop, reduced noise levels, and improved user comfort with this thermal solution - TOP PERFORMANCE - Backed by extensive testing, Kryonaut meets the highest quality standards, catering to both standard computer users and passionate overclocking enthusiasts. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B08F78P2J3 | | Best Sellers Rank | #40 in Silicon Grease | | Brand | Thermal Grizzly | | Brand Name | Thermal Grizzly | | CPU Socket | BGA 413 | | Cooler Heatsink Material | Copper | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 out of 5 stars 2,284 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00753677507258, 04260711990069 | | Included Components | Keyboard | | Item Dimensions L x W x H | 3.94"L x 3.94"W x 1.97"H | | Item Weight | 33.84 g | | Manufacturer | Thermal Grizzly | | Model | TG-KE-090-R | | Number of Items | 1 | | Part Number | TG-KE-090-R | | Product Dimensions | 3.94"L x 3.94"W x 1.97"H | | UPC | 753677507258 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Warranty Description | No Warranty | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Thermal Grizzly - **Cooler Heatsink Material:** Copper - **Item Weight:** 33.84 g - **Product Dimensions:** 3.94"L x 3.94"W x 1.97"H - **Unit Count:** 1 Count ## Images ![Kryonaut Extreme Thermal Paste 33.84g, Ultimate Performance - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81KzqlmInpL.jpg) ![Kryonaut Extreme Thermal Paste 33.84g, Ultimate Performance - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61-0SjffHoL.jpg) ![Kryonaut Extreme Thermal Paste 33.84g, Ultimate Performance - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81t6UDC3MbL.jpg) ![Kryonaut Extreme Thermal Paste 33.84g, Ultimate Performance - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71mgQpaZ1LL.jpg) ![Kryonaut Extreme Thermal Paste 33.84g, Ultimate Performance - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/814F4AolfOL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: My thermal paste is difficult to spread or comes off the surface. What can I do?** A: The surface should be thoroughly cleaned and be free of grease before use. The thermal paste should be at least at room temperature when applied. It is important to spread the thermal paste very slowly during application. **Q: How long is Thermal Grizzly thermal paste usable after opening?** A: With proper storage and packaging, the thermal paste can be used for at least 3 years without issues, and in many cases, significantly longer. **Q: Why can't I find the thermal conductivity value on the packaging?** A: The typically theoretical thermal conductivity values vary greatly depending on the application, as important factors such as contact pressure, temperature, or surface cannot be uniformly accounted for. **Q: Should I store the thermal paste in its original packaging after use?** A: Thermal Grizzly thermal paste packaging is specially coated on the inside to protect the syringe and its contents from UV radiation and other environmental influences. We recommend storing it in the original packaging. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A high quality thermal paste while pricey, is worth every cent/penny. *by J***R on May 10, 2025* The 2 gram syringe is just enough to do 1 amd cpu.
